On March 3, 2025, the CDN 2025 Partners Conference, themed “Smart Lighting Control, Legend Continues,” was successfully held at the Crowne Plaza Huizhou. Partner representatives from across the country came together for this inspiring event.  

 

The conference agenda featured:

CDN 2025 Partners Conference 


Mr. Du Gang (Chairman), Thomas Hu (CEO/President), Jeff Chen (General Manager), Mr. Li Zhaorong (Vice President), along with the executive management team, department heads, and employees, warmly welcomed partners who had traveled from across the country. Together, we revisited CDN’s corporate vision and values, strengthening unity, building momentum, and driving high-quality brand development.  

 

In his opening address, CEO/President  Thomas Hu highlighted that we are living through a period of rapid and profound change, with markets evolving at an unprecedented pace. He emphasized that in such a competitive environment, we must move forward with determination — standing still or becoming complacent is not an option. In the year ahead, CDN will continue to reflect, innovate, and adapt, enhancing our expertise and operations. By working closely with our partners, we will achieve shared success and sustainable growth.

General Manager Jeff Chen delivered a keynote report titled “Smart Lighting Control, Legend Continues.” His speech explored four key areas — The Era, Retrospection, Opportunities, and Strategy — offering insights into current trends, CDN’s development journey, the broader market environment, and the company’s strategic direction.  

 

He emphasized that in today’s rapidly changing world, companies that achieve sustained growth are those that can accurately seize opportunities shaped by macroeconomic forces and government policies. With the lighting industry presenting vast potential, CDN will remain committed to steady operations, improving quality and efficiency, and breaking free from industry stagnation.  

 

Through technological innovation, product upgrades, enhanced services, and new business models, CDN aims to overcome market saturation. The company will advance digital service innovation, build a comprehensive traffic operations system, and fully mobilize to achieve its four key business objectives for 2025. With strong momentum, CDN is determined to drive business growth in both H1 and H2, working side by side with partners to lead the industry’s transformation and shape a bold new future.

Ms. Li Zhuo, Deputy General Manager of Domestic Sales, presented “Adapting to the New Cycle: Daring to Pursue Balance and Change” — an in-depth interpretation of CDN’s 2025 sales strategies. She provided a thorough analysis of market trends across key sectors, including real estate, hospitality, corporate, and retail.  

 

Ms. Li outlined targeted competitive strategies for both engineering projects and retail operations, introducing tailored solution packages designed to meet diverse market needs. She also detailed channel development plans, with clear partner recruitment goals, strict entry and evaluation standards. The strategy focuses on seizing new opportunities, driving innovation, and working hand in hand with partners to achieve outstanding results.

Mr. Lai Dong, Director of the Channel Sales Center, delivered a keynote presentation on “Retail Marketing Strategy.” He shared insights on targeted partner recruitment, operational strengthening, channel optimization, flagship store development, and profitability improvement.  

The strategy features a tiered product portfolio and focuses on building a seamless online-offline marketing ecosystem to drive sustainable growth for the retail business.

Mr. Zhou Yang, Deputy General Manager of Technical Solutions, presented the “2025 Product Strategy and New Product Launch.” He introduced CDN Industrial’s brand portfolio — CDN Lighting, BACH, Mayalit, and SJ — and highlighted their distinct positioning. He explained how these brands work together to form a complete lighting ecosystem for diverse applications.  

 

The 2025 product launch focuses on the engineering, retail, and smart sectors, leveraging innovative technologies to deliver exceptional lighting experiences. The offering includes comprehensive project support and service systems across the entire project lifecycle, ensuring a fast and effective response to customer needs. With strong growth momentum, CDN will continue working closely with partners to lead the lighting industry into a new era.

Ms. Zhu Xiaokui, Head of Integrated Store Solutions, delivered a presentation on “Introduction to CDN Lighting’s Integrated Store Solution Business.” She noted that in traditional models, design, products, and construction are often disconnected. CDN’s Integrated Store Solution bridges this “last mile” of product delivery by offering a full-service solution that combines products, design, construction, and after-sales support — setting new standards for commercial space development.  

 

Looking ahead, CDN will continue to expand its nationwide service network and strengthen its position as a leading provider of integrated store sales and service solutions.

Mr. Xu Changcai, Senior Marketing Director, delivered a keynote speech titled “BACH High-End Project Operation Strategy,” offering systematic strategic guidance for partners across the country. He highlighted the six core competitive advantages of the BACH brand and outlined its marketing strategies.  

 

Mr. Xu also invited Mr. Lai Dong, Director of the Channel Sales Center, and Mr. Lu Dongping, Brand Product Director, to share insights on channel precision operations, pricing strategies, and the BACH product portfolio with its core technologies. In addition, distinguished partners Wang Shengli and Zhang Yining shared their experiences on BACH’s strengths and challenges in high-end projects, as well as their work on luxury hospitality developments — further strengthening partners’ confidence in the brand’s future.

During the conference, Mayalit hosted an exclusive sales partner meeting. Product managers delivered focused presentations, offering clear, in-depth explanations of Mayalit’s optical performance, installation essentials, and commissioning procedures.  

 

Combining theory with hands-on demonstrations, the session helped our sales partners gain a more accurate understanding of the products’ lighting performance and operational logic. The meeting not only strengthened partners’ technical knowledge but also provided practical support for improving the professionalism of end-user services.

CDN 2025 New PProduct Showcase


The conference included an exhibition tour featuring the 2025 New Product Hall, the Home of Lighting, Premium Retail Pavilion, House of Light, and the Spring Banquet Dining Experience Hall — all highlighting CDN’s latest products and solutions.  

 

As CDN Industrial’s professional museum lighting brand, Mayalit curated three key experiencing zones for the event: the Product Display Zone, Product Demonstration Zone, and Smart Control Zone. These areas showcased new product lines including the Sek, Pax, Ben, Ajaw, Xul Mini, and Zac series.  

 

Visitors were invited to adjust lighting parameters themselves, experience the flexibility of intelligent control, and explore comprehensive museum lighting solutions — from essential functional lighting to dynamic, scene-adaptive applications.
